The Alpha family consists of our 5 sided table systems, combined with our patent-exclusive, reversible, and replaceable top and side plates.
Alpha tables available in both metric and inch spacing and 28 mm, and 5/8″ diameter boreholes, respectively.
Alpha 28 is an Ultra heavy duty 5-sided table with 28 mm diameter boreholes while Alpha 5/8 is Heavy duty 5-sided table with 5/8" diameter boreholes.
All top plates are constructed from heat-treated steel, hardened to 550 Vickers, and finished with a nitrite coating with a case depth of .0004-.0008″.

Self-locating Plate System for Top and Side Plates
Both Alpha 28 and Alpha 5/8 welding tables feature precision machined self-locating steel plates and reversible top plates; this enables each table plate to be removed and flipped 180 degrees to expose a new working surface if the top side has been damaged or worn down.

Reconfigurable and Expandable
The patented Locating Bushing design allows you to easily remove, re-position, re-align, and reverse the table plates. Table Plates can be positioned to create the custom work surface configuration required for each unique fixturing application.
