I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! If you're missing an item from your order, please double-check the packaging and your shipping confirmation to ensure the item wasn’t sent separately. If it’s still missing, contact our customer support team cs@stronghandtools.com with your order number and the missing item’s name — we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

 

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement, refund, or solution as quickly as possible.

 

When Will My Order Ship?

All orders ship within 48 hours of being entered into our system unless told otherwise by your distributor.

Can I Purchase Products Directly From You?

Yes, now you can purchase products directly from us. You can also go through an authorized distributor. To find your local distributors please use the “Find Distributors” tab on our homepage.

 

Do You Have Any Promotions?

Yes, we do offer promotions! You can check out all current deals by clicking the “Promo” tab on the top menu of our website. We regularly run quarterly promotions, weekly deals, trade show promos and even offer an educational discount for eligible customers.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

What Is Your Warranty Policy?

All of our products have a 1 year warranty. If the product has been abused, misused, or modified it does not qualify for warranty.

 

What do you do when you want to return?

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@stronghandtools.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8750 Pioneer Blvd. Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When can I expect my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@stronghandtools.com.
