MOUNTING ADAPTER PLATES
Available in both steel and aluminum, these plates come in various sizes to accommodate different toggle clamps. Their ingenious design allows for easy welding onto any surface where fixture setups are needed. Equipped with tapped holes and a matching hole pattern, these plates provide a seamless mounting solution for select toggle clamps. The beauty lies in their reusability – once production is complete, simply unbolt the toggle clamps, and the welded plates can be either ground down or cut off for future reuse or disposal. This innovative approach eliminates the need to weld clamps directly onto surfaces, preserving the clamps' integrity for extended use.
How to use:
- Weld mounting block wherever you need a clamp
- Bolt the clamp on top of the block
- Once finished, unbolt the clamp.
- The clamp is now reusable.

To accommodate a wide range of needs, fixture plates come in three different sizes, allowing you to choose the ideal size for your applications. Additionally, each plate is pre-drilled with 16 mm holes on a 2" grid, ideal for locating and positioning on any 5/8" or 16 mm fixture table.
