1. Shipping Rates:

We offer ground shipping rates calculated by FedEx for orders shipped to the lower 48 U.S. states. Shipping rates will be determined based on the weight and dimensions of the products in your order. Please note that shipping rates may vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. Please contact cs@stronghandtools.com if you need "Lift Gate" Delivery Service.

2. Free Shipping Eligibility:

Customers placing orders with a total value of $850 or more (before taxes and after any discounts) are eligible for free ground shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states. For Canadian customers, free ground shipping is available for orders totaling $1,500 or more (before taxes and after any discounts). However, please be aware that the offer of free shipping excludes Alpha 28 products.

3. International Shipping:

Currently, we only offer shipping to Canada for international orders. Unfortunately, we do not ship to any other international destinations at this time.

4. Order Processing Time:

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, we will strive to process and ship your order within 3-5 business days. However, please note that some products might have longer lead times or may be on backorder. In such cases, we will notify you about the estimated shipping time.

5. Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.

6. Address Requirements:

Please ensure that you provide a valid and complete shipping address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
