Why the Rhino Cart
A fixturing table
that rolls
The Rhino Cart is a BuildPro welding table built onto a rolling chassis. A 0.630" nitrided plate top with Ø5/8" holes on 2" centers, over a tubular frame that carries the drawers, the pegboard, the slag trays and the cables — then four heavy-duty casters under all of it.
Push it to the work, then lock it down. Two of the four wheels steer and brake; four independent leveling feet screw down to take the weight off the casters and set the top flat, so it fixtures like a stationary table once it is parked.
Choose from three sizes, each sold on its own (F3) or with the 66-piece fixturing kit (K3). Shelves, tool boxes and bridge kits add to any of them.

Construction
What the cart is made of
A fixturing top on a working chassis. The same build on all three sizes — only the footprint changes.

Hole grid
5/8" on 2" centers
Ø0.625" (15.88 mm) holes every 2.000" (50.8 mm), CNC machined across the whole top. The same grid as every other BuildPro 5/8" table, so the same clamps and stops drop in.

Plate
0.630" nitrided steel
0.630" (16 mm) plate, nitrided for weld-spatter, corrosion and wear resistance, flat to ±0.015" over any 24" × 24" and rated 1,500 lb (680 kg) static.

Mobility
Roll it, then lock it
Four heavy-duty wheels — two of them steering, with brakes — and four independent leveling feet. Screw the feet down and the cart stops being a cart.

Tools on the cart
A pegboard face, a drawer bay and a tool pan carry the clamps and pliers with the table, so the top plate stays clear for the part instead of the tooling.

Modular slag trays
Trays that lock in on a spring-loaded plunger. They sit under the work to catch slag and grinding dust, and pull straight out to empty.

Routed, not draped
Pre-machined slots in the center divider panel take the welding lead, gas hose and control cable through the chassis — the detail that makes a cobot cell on wheels work.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Straight answers on height, the two packages, what fits which cart, joining two together and how to buy.
- How tall is the cart, and can I change the height?
- 36" (914 mm) to the top of the plate, and no. The height is fixed — the four leveling feet screw down to lift the cart off its casters and set the top flat, but they are for levelling, not for raising the bench. If you need the work to move up and down, that is the electric Rhino scissor lift.
- What is the difference between F3 and K3?
- Only the fixturing kit. Both are the same cart with the same top, chassis, casters, pegboard and trays. K3 has the 66-piece 5/8" fixturing kit packed with it; F3 does not. Pick the package above the grid and the price and part number follow it.
- Which shelves and boxes fit which cart?
- Shelves are sized to the top; the boxes are not. SHF4830 fits the 48" × 30" and the 60" × 30"; SHF4848 fits the 48" × 48". Both tool boxes drop into the cart bay on any of the three — choose TDB1824 or TDB2224 by how wide you want the drawers.
- Can I join two carts into one surface?
- Yes. The connecting blocks (TDC320) pull two tops together with flush-mount bolts and level one against the other with set screws. The bridge and expansion kits add a 30" × 48" plate or a pair of 6" × 48" plates between them.
- Does the 5/8" tooling I already own fit?
- Yes. Ø5/8" holes on 2" centers, the same grid as every other BuildPro 5/8" table — Inserta clamps, stops, squares, V-blocks and risers all drop straight in. The side brackets (T51825) mount tooling off the edge of the cart as well.
- How do I buy one?
- Straight through the cart. Pick the size and package above and add it to your cart — Rhino Carts are not quote-only. They ship freight, so shipping is quoted at checkout.
