THV618 Product Overview
Every 2" receiver is now a workbench. The THV618 slides into any standard 2" hitch receiver and pins in place with the included hitch pin. Truck, trailer, tractor, or shop table: wherever you can park a receiver, you have a solid vise at working height. Pull the pin and it's off in seconds.
Cast from 60,000 PSI ductile iron with 7,700 lbs of clamping force, it holds through hammering, prying, and heavy wrench work instead of flexing under it. Jaws open to 5.7" (146mm), and sitting out past the bumper gives you clear access for cutting, grinding, and welding. A 5.9" x 2.4" anvil is cast into the top, so you can straighten, flatten, and peen without beating on your tailgate.
Below the flat jaws, serrated pipe jaws hold round stock and tube. Four 5/16" (8mm) locating pins drop into the jaw tops as stops and fences. And when the truck is parked, the base flange bolts straight down to a BuildPro table.

Built for more than flat stock

Round stock, no roll
Serrated V-grooves sit below the flat jaw faces and bite into pipe, tubing and round bar, so it stays put while you cut, thread or weld.

Repeatable setups
Four 5/16" (8mm) pin holes in each jaw, four pins in the box. Set them as stops or fences for repeat positioning, or use them to hold odd shapes the flat jaws can't.

Hammer on it
A 5.9" x 2.4" anvil is part of the same 60,000 PSI ductile iron casting. Straighten, flatten and peen right on the vise instead of beating on your tailgate.

5.7" opening, 5.9" wide
Jaws open to 5.7" (146mm) across a full 5.9" (150mm) face. Enough mouth for thick stock, and enough face to hold it flat while you work on it.

Built to take a beating
Cast from 60,000 PSI ductile iron with 7,700 lbs of clamping force. Shock resistant instead of brittle like gray cast, so it holds through hammering, prying and heavy wrench work.

Fits any 2" receiver
Slides into a standard 2" (51mm) receiver and locks with the included 5/8" hitch pin. Truck, trailer, tractor or the receiver on your shop table: park it and you have a vise at working height.

Off in seconds
Pull the clip, pull the pin, slide it out. No bolts, no bench, nothing left on the truck when the job is done.

Bolts flat to the table
The base flange takes 5/8" or 16mm bolts on 2" or 50mm spacing. Drops straight onto BuildPro and other modular welding tables when you want it as a bench vise.
